Poem of The Week

No-Bodies Future

Mirrors of smokey views are the visions that I can see
This makes the things that are not what they seem, different

Imagine the scene in its Psychedelic light
blinding me throughout the night

This is the future, so unclear, do not fear
It’s not for me or for you, we won’t be here

The next generation will express what they feel
They too will dream and fear the future that belongs to their children

Time takes. Time goes; ghostly it travels through closed and empty doors.

Poem of The Week

THE UNWANTED BROTHER
Big brother is here so watch your back
He ain’t no relative of mine
But he knows me through his data line
I’m not protected from his tainted eyes
Or his network of loyal spies
I cannot Chant my god given speech
Or I will find I'm a security breach
So kick me beat me and take my rights
For in this democracy I cannot fight
My mobile phone the tracker
My movements all in view
For this brother is the Kane who will slaughter me and you,
Data man is the brother who will not go away
Technology feeds his hunger and his eyes are his to prey
Don’t step a foot out of line or you will surely be
Just another statistical victim, hung upon his data tree
If you don’t wan’t this brother don’t let him dominate
Turn off your passive nature and stand toe to toe with me
For together we can fight and save democracy
That’s if you want to live, in a world that’s good and free

Poem of The Week

Heaven

Don’t let me go to heaven without you
For it will be so empty without you
The pretty Angels may play their harps
And the music may be sweet
But I don’t want to be in heaven, without you.

God may give me the freedom of the universe
And offer me riches and fame
The fulfilment this could give will mean nothing
If I cannot  share it with you

Even in a place like heaven
Where the stars shine bright and the love is free
I will find no meaning, and in the brightness, I will not see
For the love I have for you and the love you have for me
Can only be ignited when we share our destiny.

Neither of us will shed a tear as we will always be,
Together in this life and together in eternity
So when the day does come for one of us to depart
Let’s share each others journey to prevent a broken heart

Poem of The Week

FRACK ATTACK

.
This is a shale future we are facing.
As the money talks down the fears
We all know the truth and it better not end in tears

The birds will no longer be heard as the sound of the lorries will reign
And the silence we once observed will be replaced by a bellowing pain

We must not accept the bribery and the offer of reward
For this will drift across the sea, where they will count their richly hoard

The message is simple to all who care; don’t mistake gas for hot air
For together we know we can save the day, as we all unite and say

“Frack off once and for all”
“Frack off and go away”.

Poem of The Week

Judgement

I will not judge my fellow man
For this is not my place
If others decide to judge me
I am unable to deter
But I ask before they cast their stones
they look inside their souls and declare an honest decree,
that they themselves are free from sin, so pure for all to see
And even if they feel they are, I will still make my plea
That they refrain from judgement.
For this is not a task for you or a task for me,
We are all answerable to god above and no one else you see
For we are bound to save our own souls and answer individually

Poem of The Week

BRIGHTNESS

How did I end up here?
I only strayed for a short time
The pleasure was all mine
Was it such a crime?

I took the wrong path
Or was it just a different path
It was fun while it lasted
Good job I had a laugh

It might not be so great now
but I wouldn't change a thing
Regrets are quashed by memories
The one’s that made me sing

Free sex, rock and roll
made me feel so whole
Spirit thrilled and beating heart
I took each day apart

My youth has gone
Now I know myself
I want to dance again
I want to burn with pleasure

Possess me with the positives
Prise me from my slumber
I’ll break the norm , I won’t conform
I will not go under I will not blunder.

This is my future
It is bright
Full of happiness, it is, it is right.

Poem of The Week

THE PATH OF SUCCESS

London is the only way, It is about the gay
You can’t make it in this world,
unless your persuasion is of this way.

Talent doesn't matter and location burdens you
And when you disclose your comprehensive schooling,
your future is truly blown right through.

If you don’t know the right one or creep and kiss some rear
You will be just another one that dreams with a purpose,
blurred and far from clear.

Time is spent in fighting is lost on a ladder of despair,
for the top rungs are missing, they are for you just not there

So take a step back and change your chosen path
So you won’t be like the masses that die before they laugh.

Change your shape and mould your fate and niche your destiny,
and then you will reap the riches that were to you a fantasy.

Poem of The Week

New Year Rising

It's a new year lets use it well
Forget the past do not dwell
Open the door to a breaking dawn
to a harvest full of life's ripening corn

Hope fills the air as we nurture our fate
We wonder and dream, we can not wait.

The promises we make as the clock does chime
will wash away, as we drift through time.

Each year provides a time to reflect
on what was good and what was bad
when we were happy and when we were sad.

Love of life is our food this day
we will not wander we will not stray

This my friend is New years day
go along your journey,
and follow gods way.

Poem of The Week

The Baby Scan

We saw your face for the first time as the scanner traced your smile.
You hid your face with your pretty hands but peeped out for a while.

I couldn't believe our joy when your hands they moved away, for there was our Tilly, our golden sunshine ray.

Such beauty I had not seen, lips so fully formed
So cute your chubby little cheeks as you began your first display.

Oh the angel in our midst had the signs of  blonded hair
as she sucked on her thumb at will without a single care.

For you are now awaiting your journey to our land where you will meet your destiny as we guide you by the hand.

No man or woman could explain what we had seen this day and how you made us feel as you melted our hearts away.

Poem of the Week

Xmas Memories

The memories of xmas
Of a loved that passed away
Blew my mind in pieces, when I saw you today.

You were my lover my lover of the past.
Every time I looked at you I thought our love would last.

I remember the good times embracing in the snow
making love on the frosted leaves beneath the moon light glow

You were my lover my lover of the past.
Every time I looked at you I thought our love would last.

Where did it go wrong ?
How did we drift apart ?
Why don't I remember the day you broke my heart.

You were my lover my lover of the past.
Every time I looked at you I thought our love would last.

Now the snow has melted I cannot wash away
the memory of your touch and the joy of our play

You were my lover my lover of the past.
Every time I looked at you I thought our love would last.

I thought I was cured by the time that passed me by
but now I've seen your vision I know my love won't die

You were my lover my lover of the past.
Every time I looked at you I thought our love would last.

Come back to me my angel.
Come back to me today.
For I can't live in solitude
I cannot live this way.

You were my lover my lover of the past.
Every time I looked at you I thought our love would last

Yes you were my lover my lover from the past.

Poem of the Week

Cherub

Day dream with me my cherub.

Let your angel dust cover my morning blues
and renew my longing for your touch.

Let me respond to the attentive spirit
that you portray as you hold my pent up lust
in your spellbound power.

Feather touch my pulsating breast
down to the waiting nest.
Moistened by your amorous words.
Engrossed in your deep sensual stare
I wash away life's tormenting cares.

I am naked and aware that you have seduced my soul
and laid me bare.

Make me yours in every way.
Devour and scratch your waiting prey.

Dominate and control the situation
that I present until we are spent

In our glowing hearts
we will become,'content'.

Poem of the Week

Cheryl

Caring is the girl I adore
Heaven sent and sweet to the core.
Engaging in her sweet love
Radiant is this angel from above.
Young and free is my baby bee
Living life to buzz with me.

Poem of the Week

Destiny

Made the journey in my heart
and closed a chapter in life's book.

For now I ride the fate train
the ride that keeps me sane.

I couldn't control what time washed away
so began to plan my days
But now I don't give a dam
and take it day by day.

For now I ride the fate train
the train that keeps me sane

The compass always sent me off the given course
even though I planned to prosper
in destiny's field of force.

For now I ride the fate train
the train that keeps me sane

Satellites beam my vision
and visualize the view
For I don;t want a blur
I want a worlds that's new

So I will ride the fate train
the train that keeps me sane

I don't know where god will lead me
I don't know what's good or bad
but I took the path I chose
and for this I am glad.

So I will ride the fate train
the train that keeps me sane

Poem of the Week

Changing Life's Path

Echo strewn the hollow road
that I hath trod.

A sorry state is the memory lane
where many decisions led to pain.

From the lessons cut into the core
embedded in my memory store.

For mistakes can now be avoided
giving direction to my fate.
and I can heal the deeds I did
before it is to late.

From this moment in my passing years
I will decree to thee,
that what I did in my past
will no longer be.

For I will be a new man
A beacon to you all
No challenge will be beyond me
and I will stand so tall.

With spirit in my heart
happiness in my sight
I will start this journey
to torch my tainted soul

Poem of the Week

Gods Mistake

Dainty delicate touch of fear
sent a shiver and a scream down the lost chamber.

Falling down into the hell abyss
where shadows hide the nightmares
and lost souls feed on minds.
Where taps drip with blood
and the stench of blood fills the air.

The final resting place for life's journey
led me there.

Choices made and earthly pleasures,
short term gains don't last forever.

Mixed emotion do I care.
Life was good so sod this lair.

Let the demons tear my flesh
Let the spirits dance away
for they won't kill my lack off guilt.
I will stay strong,
I will not wilt.

I'll look old Satan in the eye
and grind my teeth,
I will not cry.

Alas the flames will rise and roar
to burn my heart and toast my skin
but I tell you now I'm cold within.

For all my bad was not to win
nor with intent to harm and sin.

I still believe my time will come
when I hear the sound of distant drums.

As faith will rule and I will see
the gates of heaven open up for me.
